Scope of Works
This project was commenced in April of 2015.
The design for this home was thought out to be family friendly, with open plan living areas, larger bedrooms, with a functional kitchen space at the hub.
The inclusions listing of this house is extensive. It includes:
Cross flow design for the prevailing breezes, square set window reveals for cleaner lines. The custom kitchen, ties in nicely with the wall hung vanity units in both bathrooms. Tiled wall niches in the bathrooms with the lower ones to allow for women’s grooming.
Details such as semi frame-less showers, super plush carpets, hollywood walk in robe and stainless ball bearing hinges on all internal doors are some of the subtle areas which all add to an overall higher quality build for the buyer.
Lastly, our use of landscape details work well for the climate, as these plants are widely used across the region and are drought tolerant.
The rock cage details were an added element which we thought would complement the facade and design of the building, as well as to set it apart from the surrounding properties.
